Coco-cacao recipe

Creamy. Coconutty. Chocolatey.
This blend tastes like a warm Bounty bar in a mug — only it’s made with ingredients that support your body and your nervous system.

It’s rich, satisfying, and easy to make. You can sip it in the quiet of morning or drink it while you go about your day. The setting doesn’t matter. What matters is how it makes you feel.

You will need:

or ½ cup @ayamaustralia coconut milk + ½ cup water

• A couple of grains of Celtic sea salt

Brewing instructions:
1. Chop or shave your cacao
2. Heat milk until hot (but not boiling)
3. Add all ingredients and whisk well — or blend in a heat-proof blender
4. Pour into your favourite vessel
5. Set an intention, connect to your elixir and enjoy

Why it’s good for you

This recipe doesn’t just taste good — it gives your body real support and nourishment.

Luna Cacao
Rich in magnesium, iron, and antioxidants. Cacao helps regulate stress, boost mood, and support focus. Theobromine offers a gentle lift in energy without the crash. Ours is infused with 432hz — a frequency that supports healing and resonates with the rhythm of Pachamama, helping bring your body and energy back into harmony.

Coconut Milk
Coconut milk adds creaminess and a gentle sweetness, but it also brings healthy fats that support brain health and keep you feeling nourished. These fats work in harmony with cacao’s own natural cocoa butter, helping the body absorb and integrate some of its key nutrients like magnesium and antioxidants. It’s a delicious and supportive pairing that brings more depth to both taste and nourishment.

Coconut Butter
Adds richness and a velvety texture. It contains lauric acid and MCTs, which support the nervous system and help keep you sustained.

Maca Powder
An adaptogen that supports energy, hormone balance, and resilience. It’s especially helpful during busy seasons or hormonal shifts.

Vanilla Powder
Softens the flavour and brings warmth. Vanilla can calm the nervous system and enhance feelings of ease.

Celtic Sea Salt
A mineral-rich salt that helps with hydration and electrolyte balance. Just a pinch sharpens flavour and supports the body.

Coconut Sugar
Adds gentle sweetness and contains small amounts of nutrients like zinc and potassium.

Cacao and coconut work together beautifully. Their flavours blend in a way that’s rich, grounding, and deeply satisfying.

Whether you drink this in stillness or while multitasking, it's a chance to check in with yourself. A moment to pause, sip, and soften.
