You will need

  • Ice

  • 20–30g chopped Luna Cacao

  • 100ml coconut water

  • 50ml coconut cream (or thickened/heavy cream)

  • A few tablespoons of hot (not boiling) water

  • Maple syrup, to sweeten (optional)

Method / How to Make

  1. Fill your cup with ice.

  2. Pour in the coconut water.

  3. Melt the Luna Cacao with a few tablespoons of hot water, frothing until smooth. Then, froth again with the cream and maple syrup (if using) until fluffy and velvety.

  4. Gently pour your frothy cacao cloud on top of the coconut water.

  5. Connect with your elixir, mix if you like, and enjoy.
